Varadius Ltd is a specialist consultancy providing senior-led cybersecurity, digital risk, and incident advisory services.

Founded by Jim Clover OBE, Varadius reflects a career focused on technology, security, and decision-making in complex environments.
Jim spent 22 years in UK Government, ultimately serving as a Deputy Director of technical operations. Since 2016, he has advised organisations and selected individuals on cybersecurity, digital risk, and the secure adoption of technology.
